Low Fat? Low Carb? Yeah Right!!

For a long time I believed what food companies would print on their nutritional facts section, but the truth is behind every low-fat label is a list of ingredients that would give even the most relentless glutton a reason to reconsider. I was extremely surprised at the content of one of my favorite so called ‘health foods’, listed at #5 of the worst healthy food, is the turkey burger. This blog is to help educate the readers, so be weary of everything that claims to be healthy…

    Its a lose lose situation! Dang it!…. I guess we might as well enjoy whatever food you like and just exersie more… now if I can only make it to the gym……..

    its all about portion control, you can eat whatever you want as long as you control it. Doing some sort of excerise everyday or every other day is always a plus.

    My take on the labels is avoid things with ingredients you can not pronounce. If you can not read it and understand what it is..that means there are the hidden ingredients that are not good for you.
