You know why? Because it's obviously not the company's fault! And what are you going on about how the company should fix it? Have you been to the site, anyway? The terms are clear for everyone to understand! Hey, you can't blame me if these people aren't smartest in the world, though. But you guys could use a little effort to read, you know. That would save you a lot of problems.

Even if some customers think its confusing, then you should fix it!

I checked the site and everything that should be taken into consideration are written in bold fonts. I don't think it's a scam, since it's spelled out what's going to be charged on you. Don't blame the company for your own negligence.

Yes, the site has the terms and conditions posted on the front page. You probably didn't read them, or you wouldn't be wondering what the amount is for or what the plan is all about.

The case with IDProcs.com isn't a scam. Look at the site and read the terms and conditions. It's stated clearly what those charges are for. You guys just need to exercise thorough reading and understanding.

Consumers should also be protected in some fashion against ambiguous contract agreements such as these. When somebody gives you money without knowing it, and you accept that money, it's still considered stealing.

IDprocs.com may be acting legally, but it's definitely acting unethically.

Some people tend to click buttons without even thinking what they're getting themselves into. The terms and conditions aren't even that long, but people still don't think it's worth their time to read it. This is a bad case of negligence. Apparently, it's the customers fault but they still blame the establishment. Now that it's happened to you, I hope you learn your lesson.

“...YOU have authorized us to debit YOUR bank account according to the IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY in the amount of $31.98 per month until YOU cancel.”

That's part of the disclaimer posted on the site. I think it's very clear what the $31.98 is for. It's impossible to miss it since it's written in bold. Don't blame the company. It's quite obvious whose fault it really is.

It's amazing how so many people think they're scammed when in fact the only thing to blame is their carelessness. How can you assume that you've been ripped off? The site says clearly what the terms and conditions are. It says clearly what those charges are for. Take time to read and understand it, will you?
