Interested in Media or Marketing? Turn to SAMMA
With all of the talent within the South Asian community, it’s no surprise that a large number of young South Asian professionals want to get placed in media-related positions. The SABAsearch team whole-heartedly applauds this interest. We need more South Asians on television, the Internet, and the Radio. This media presence helps connect our people, educate others about our culture, and most importantly, opens many new doors to success.
If you, or anyone you know is intersted in a Marketing or Media profession, we recommend you turn to the South Asians in Media and Marketing Association (SAMMA). This organization, run mostly by high spirited, young South Asian entrepreneurs, provides a great hub for young South Asians interested in Marketing and Media. The organization focuses on allowing South Asian professionals to network, share ideas and create oppportunities within the Marketing and Media industries.
One of SAMMA’s most popular productions is their monthly e-newsletter, which contains new job postings specifically directed towards South Asians interested in Marketing and Media. This is a great tool for those job-seekers!
